Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide from Adelaide, South Australia. We don't currently offer international shipping, but we're working on it.
How long will my order take?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 business days of purchase, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes — orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $9.95 at checkout.

Materials & Care
What are your pieces made from?
Our earrings are made with titanium steel — hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive or everyday-wear ears, and resistant to tarnish. The exact material for each piece is always listed on its product page.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Our titanium steel pieces are hypoallergenic and suited to sensitive skin. If you have a known metal allergy, we recommend checking the material listed on each product page before purchasing, as a small number of statement pieces use alternate finishes.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep pieces dry and away from perfume, lotion, and swimming — this keeps the finish looking new for longer. Store them flat or hanging rather than piled together to avoid scratching, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.

Sizing & Fit
Will earring backs suit sensitive ears?
Yes — our titanium steel posts and backs are designed for daily wear, including sensitive ears and second/third piercings.

Orders, Returns & Exchanges
Why do some styles show only one or two in stock?
We bring in new styles in small numbers to keep the range fresh and considered, rather than overstocking. If a piece you love is low in stock, we'd suggest not waiting too long — popular styles don't always come back.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns on unworn, unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can't be returned unless faulty. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
My item arrived faulty or damaged — what do I do?
Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, message us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order has dispatched, we're unable to make changes to it.
